It is good, but very....weak. Everything is on the same level. The bass needs to be a bass drum or kick because you dont get a kick feeling from it. It just sounds like another drum. Also make the guitar louder than the rest of it and maybe make some highlighted notes.

lolz but ill keep trying to improve it (not for the sake of the GCSE's but for newgrounds).
also take into consideration i know next to nothing about guitars. and im just your average grade 5 drummer.

You realized that you could have saved your work right lol. You should have incorperated some sort of star trek into. That would be great. My only complaint is that if you want this to be a decent loop it should loop better. It is in more of a song set.

I could imagine this used in an old timey type of flash. It should have some sort of rythme that you can feel. What was with that random change at the end? You should have switched between those two COMPLETELY. That should have been the main part. And you need to work on your trasitions.

This piece is an exercise in losing the downbeat so to have put a breakbeat or something in there to emphasize the beat would have been good but quite boring and predictable for me. I forgot I left the second movement in there so thanks for reminding me. I'll perhaps take that bit out and submit it on its own.
Abrupt changes are the best if you ask me.
I'll admit this one is an all around outcast in the popular musical world. It is a musical representation of a Sudoku by the way.

Very long intro for a short song. The bass could have been worked on a little better so it didnt seem like a melody type thing. A deeper more defining type of bass would be better. The melody was nice but it sounded a little familiar. Good work.

I would first like to say....why was this song second on the weekly top? It should have replace that pile of crap at the top! The first song didnt even compare to this one. Now back to the review. All of the drum sounds that tie together make a good background. If you listen closely you can hear many different things on the drums/percussion other than the basic beat. I would imagine this used as a credits page on this website just because it is for more of a serious type of flash and it would probably not be used by anyone. 5/5

The tecture and effects worked together very nice. The feeling was good. It seemed to be a tad repedative. The effects could be a properly perportioned though. The melody needed to be changed more than once [if you consider a break a change]. Overall you did good. Maybe next time you could add a better drum beat that could contribute to the change.

There is a nice melody and texture to it. It would be perfect for the title screen like you said. I think that a a little bit of change would be good though. You could maybe switch up the kicks to create that illusion. Nice job.
